SHIPPING

• Orders placed will be processed within 1-4 business days. 

• Once your order has been shipped, a notification including tracking details will be sent to the email provided at the time of order.

• We will deliver your order within; 2-5 business days (LOCAL), 5-10 business days (REGIONAL), and 5-12 business days (INTERNATIONAL).

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. If you have not received a dispatch notification, please notify us at info@kwesh.ug. 

• If you have ordered an item that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

• All orders are shipped directly from our offices in Kampala. International orders are shipped via DHL Express. We also offer a ‘Pickup’ option at check out. This allows you to pick up your order from our Showroom in Kampala.

• Please note that international orders are subject to duties and taxes. Kwesh is not responsible for paying any duties and taxes associated with your shipment.

• Kampala: UGX 5,000 ($1.5)

• Outside Kampala: UGX 20,000 ($5.5)

• Regional (East Africa): UGX 55,000 ($15)

• International (Africa): UGX 90,000 ($25)

• International Shipping: UGX 125,000 ($35)

 

RETURNS

 

• We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS at the moment. We do however accept returns of items purchased at full price in exchange for store credit.

• Please note that an order can only be canceled before it has been dispatched.

 

For item(s) to be eligible for return:

 

• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

• Item(s) must have been purchased at full price and must have all original garment tags attached.

• Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. 

• Item(s) must be returned in the packaging provided accompanied by the original receipt.

• You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.

 

How to return:

 

• Contact us indicating your name, your order number, a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. 

• All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. 

 

You will be informed when your return has been received and processed. 

 

For international shipments; all returns must be sent via trackable mail. In case of dispute, we recommend that you retain the proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.

EXCHANGES

Item(s) in original condition with all tags attached may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. We reserve the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
